I like the bone in pork butts and CAB choice briskets (packers) from RD...I prefer the BB's, spares, and chicken thighs from Costco... well, from what ive read on here, as long as you're a member of KCBS you can get a membership. Now the prices are hardly wholesale (Sam's or Costco or Aldi's or even Schnucks's can beat them on prices for a number of things). The staff here is so friendly, every time i have a question they're always willing to help. You have to be a business and join to be able to shop here so don't think you can just stroll in and buy yourself that 20gallon jug of ketchup.
