Quicken Bill Manager has three parts: Online Bill Center: Get your latest bills downloaded into Quicken. Apparently 2018 version fixes it but they want $30 the first year and $70/yr after, auto pay! Now, if you have not set up a special relationship with a payee, the only default payment is manual and sending a paper check.
With Metavante (Quicken Bill Pay) we could still get "online" payments with 2 day lead time through ACH. Let us know what you think if you do end up trying any of the other companies… we’re curious to hear what you think.
