We can clearly see that when we use it with infinite quiver 5, it still decreases by 1 every single time we use it, simply because it isnt an arrow. Not sure about the arrows but toxic arrow poison is not affected by infinite quiver, I just finished a test with 30 toxic arrow poisons and it depleted at the same rate as arrows.
