Our senses awake to the beginning of summer and its warm, balmy weather. Biblical principles here include modesty, avoidance of personal ornamentation (ornamental jewelry and makeup), moderation in cost, and distinction between male and female in dress and hair. We have mostly a young church and most of them know nothing about modesty as was taught to me upon entering the COGIC years ago. I feel a lot better now cuz I have been struggling with this matter because I just started going to a Holiness Church and didn’t understand anything on the way they dress and why all their hair was long and the wore it in a bun. OUR MEN IN CHURCH DONT LOOK AT THE WOMEN AS WHORES AS YOU EXSPRESSED!!!.
For those of us who have been in the church for a long time, we tend to assume that everyone knows the basics of church decorum. I DONT WEAR PURPOSED MENS CLOTHING. (French tips aren’t practiced, either.).
