I only know of one person who killed himself because he was from Lindsay Oklahoma and he was featured on the local news. That must be a horrible feeling . He was found dead in his home…alone.

Quite sad because he seemed to be doing so well after the intervention.
The interventionists may be different and it may “feel” different for a few reasons, but it’s still the exact same format and it’s still a powerful portrait of addiction and how an addict’s loved ones deal with it. A female alleged to be a user/seller found him dead in her bathroom the following Thursday. I always feel touched and saddened by these stories but then left in the dark when they don’t give updates. I have a great spouse who loves me and keeps me happy.

Did it ever occur to anyone that the intervention could be the cause of some of the deaths? I have never watched this show, it was by happenstance that I caught it. Please know that this page, and this whole site, is not staffed by addiction specialists and is not affiliated with Intervention in any way. And if not, I wouldn’t drink the next day or anything. I don’t think anyone has said “I won’t LOVE you anymore if you don’t go to rehab”. I’m so scared for him and only watching to see how it ends because I want him to live so badly. I was just in treatment with Nick Nov-Dec 2015. Update: Intervention on A&E Site says new episodes March 6th. His kids lost there mom yo drinking, and then lost their dad.
Its made me feel blessed that I didn’t end up an alcoholic or addict. She’s certainly talking a lot of the talk in saying she’s moving on and getting better but she still appears so ill. Looks like she just found another family member to help fund her existance. She just seemed so sad and close to death at the time of the show.
As a mom I could not take seeing his dad back away from him . Does anyone know how Mafcel is doing? I know, for me that was the hardest episode to watch out of all of the Interventions!! Should be interesting to see what y’all think was different about this season.
It is making their problem truly, their problem. There are even ones on there that have been hard to find.
First of all, LMN is still airing Intervention Canada episodes and calling them “all new” and “back-to-back premiere” episodes.

He had a loving wife and 5 children that looked like they all really loved him. Can’t wait to see what’s in store and hopefully get more help for these addicts. I wonder if anyone has run into the same as myself, but I’m following up on obituaries, fact-checking, and almost every link on every person usually ends up being a dead link. I was very fortunate- my pets and I were evacuated just in time and the fire missed my house by a few blocks – but it destroyed thousands of homes and businesses around me and has left my town in ruins. The episode was dedicated to her also.
