We went early on a Saturday and only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. Service and food are great in this tiny restaurant. with most of the menu between $10 - $12. First off - on the plus side .. the cafe au lait ( ordered extra strong) was undoubtedly the best coffee we have had outside of Australia - and that includes USA and Europe. Went with friends for brunch on Sunday and loved everything- The place (super cozzy), the location (middle of West Village) and the food!- We ordered the top dishes (waffle with eggs/bacon), eggs with prosciutto and the scones (loved, loved the scones)- Coffee was very good...too. We both got the Belgian waffles and the freshly squeezed orange juice, and it was amazing! They also do cocktails. Get quick answers from Buvette Gastrotheque staff and past visitors.
