The Misery Score measures the suffering of a city's sports fans. The higher a city's score, the tougher it is to be a loyal fan there. The Misery Score looks at teams from the big four professional leagues -- NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB -- and is based on most recent playoff appearances, playoff series wins, and championships.
