The way that Pokémon are stuffed into pokéballs is similar to how circuses chain elephants inside railroad cars and let them out only to perform confusing and often painful tricks that were taught using sharp steel-tipped bullhooks and electric shock prods ...if PETA existed in Unova, our motto would be: Pokémon are not ours to use or abuse. However, what Game Freak can do is say that PETA is carrying out Trademark Tarnishment. They are just two step up from the violent criminals we keep on Guantanamo Bay, yes this is all my personal opinion, but it comes from doing research into their past and present actions.
peta1: LETS ATTACK NINTENDO AGAIN! If PETA maybe used a different set of self-made characters to spread their message maybe then Nintendo and the Pokemon Company wouldn't sue them because on PETA's game they used well known Pokemon's such as Pikachu and the three starters from generation 5, so on a legal level they have everything to lose with Nintendo because there is no open interpretation of the game as they used … PETA is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation. It's interesting that she says Lighthearted because the trees have blood on them and the pokemon have blood, scars, bruises, and spiked collars. While PETA asserts that they only euthanize “unadoptable” animals, opponents suggest that many of PETA’s euthanasias are unnecessary. I'm still not laughing.

PETA is sueing nintendo for animal abuse in pokemon?
I want to make a joke out of that but I don't know how. PETA accused him of “harassing” a stingray and “drag[ing]” exotic animals to conferences and talk shows where he “force[d] them to perform.” Immediately after making these comments, PETA was met with widespread backlash from some of Irwin’s many fans. This further proves that PETA is hypocritical. How funny would it be for Nntendo to annihilate PETA under one gigantic lawsuit? two employees took a pet dog from a mobile home park and euthanized it, opponents suggest that many of PETA’s euthanasias are unnecessary, Elon Musk for laughing at a picture of a dead deer. They couldn't say anything at that point so I just made them mad. P.S.-Above is a link to their site where I got the qwote from. We’ve had great success in attracting the media’s attention through both serious and slapstick means, including celebrity advertisements, colorful protests, graphic ads, and undercover.
