For Shippuden here are the filler episodes(I’ll recommend certain episodes), 176-196(recommend watch the first 4 episodes of these), 223-242(don’t need to see, but some episodes are funny, especially 241), 279-281(part of the overall arc that is happening, 281 is important to watch to understand the Will Of Fire(if you don’t understand yet that’s fine)), 284-289(don’t need to watch, but helps with worldbuilding), 290-295(Power Arc, think a movie split into 6 episodes, doesn’t relate with the arc that happens after these episodes), 303-320(part of the episodes on the overall arc, I recommend 318 and 320), 416(it helps the surrounding by episodes), 422-423(episodes that shows how a certain character did something), 427-450(I recommend to see 427-431 to better understand certain characters, the rest is optional but watching it will also help you understand certain character dynamics), 464-469(helps you the viewer understand character dynamics), 480-483(look backs into the lives of popular characters), The dont need to watch episodes aren’t necessary but recommended as they can explain small character dynamics.
Id say watch the shonobi war fillers i found them appealing.
Personally, I watched Tsunade's Infinite Tsukiyomi dream arc. For some people, an entertaining episode of Naruto isn't enough. To add more, it also tell story of Yamato and Itachi flashback. Likewise, the Onbaa is a very interesting addition to the narrative and it it definitely cute enough that it’s worth watching.

Personally I thought it was meh, but people seemed to enjoy the characters involved in this one, and you get to see Naruto working with his toad summons. It explores a segment of the Naruto franchise, the Chūnin Exams, and has one brilliant fight scene that definitely stands out.
It also add character development of some minor character such as Omoi, Pakura, Maki, Torune, Deidara, Kurotsuchi, Hayate, Seven Swordsman of the Mist, Sound Four among others. The pairs are: Naruto and Hinata, Sasuke and Sakura, Gaara and Shikamaru, and – Jiraiya and Kakashi. We also can see reincarnated Hidan too (how could that possible?).
